The Problem
Offenders have moved off mainstream platforms into encrypted apps, closed communities, and AI tools that generate abuse material on demand. Identifying them now takes more sophisticated tools, more time, and more coordination than it did even two years ago.
A real text thread between an 18-year-old male and 12-year-old female on Snapchat. ILF submitted this case to law enforcement.
- P Predator hey ur parents won’t be home for a while right? just us 😏

How It's Done
We work with law enforcement around the world, from the FBI and Homeland Security to international agencies and Interpol.
Identify Predators
Using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), our Predator Identification Team (PIT) finds the true identities of anonymous child predators.
Send to Law Enforcement
As a non-vigilante organization, we have a strong relationship with U.S. and international law enforcement agencies. When a child predator’s identity is confirmed, a completed report is sent to law enforcement.
Educate the Public
We educate parents and guardians so that they may learn how to protect their children online. Through education and outreach, we wish to ultimately reduce the number of cases we have to identify.
It can cost up to $6,000 to produce one file sent to law enforcement.
